We are actively looking to #hire an #HRBP , for our client ,based in #Tunis
Within the #HR_team, the #HRBP is the HR contact for the teams within his/her scope, he/she brings his/her HR expertise to the HR Director, Managers and employees of the teams within his/her scope on all HR subjects:
💼 Support organizational changes and adjustments
Follow the recruitment process in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
💼 Ensure the proper integration of employees, in administrative terms (contracts) and onboarding
💼 Develop talents and manage internal mobility
💼 Manage and deploy the training plan
💼 Manage the process of annual evaluations and salary reviews (manage and support operational staff on these subjects in compliance with internal processes and deadlines)
💼 Monitor the life of employees in the company (management of specific contract suspensions and special requests, departure interview and return from suspension of contract, management of end of contract)
💼 Ensure the reliability of HR data (employee and manager data) in the tool
💼 Monitor HR indicators and produce reports
💼 Actively contribute to cross-functional projects managed by the HR Team
Qualifications :
✅ Master’s degree in HR or equivalent
✅ Experience of at least 3 years as HRBP in an international environment
