Responsabilités
The ideal candidate will be able to handle the following tasks and responsibilities :
o Microsoft Active Directory
o Microsoft Windows Server
o Microsoft Exchange
o Microsoft Office 365
o IT network management
§ Firewall (Sophos and Fortinet)
§ Switching
§ Access point
o Direct Support to users (with computers and printers)
§ Knowledge in software
§ Knowledge in hardware
Qualifications
Good English spoken and written with good communication skills
Client-oriented and solution-oriented
Being able to understand user needs
Being able to understand the company rules and follow them
Being proactive, by proposing better solutions for the company and users
Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position
